Business Systems is just another way of saying Business Processes. In other words, how you do what you do.
W. Edward Deming, the father of Total Quality Management (TQM), has said, “more than 95% of problems exiting in businesses can be traced to the processes being used and not the people using the processes.”
Hammond & Associates is certified to instruct in the principals of TQM and has over 20 years experience in evaluating and continuously improving business processes for their clients.
Continuous Process Improvement is a TQM principal we use and teach to help our own company improve and to help our clients improve the way they conduct their business.
Many of our clients are in the business of running their own small medical practice and are primarily concerned with their patients. We offer them our experience by evaluating their processes and help find ways they can become more efficient and ultimately more profitable.
Documentation
All changes to business procedures should be documented and made available to the workforce. This is part of the services available from Hammond & Associates for the convenience of our clients.
Training
Anytime a business changes the way they do things, it can only be successful if all the members of their workforce are trained in the new procedures. Improved processes are of no benefit without proper training and Hammond & Associates provides both the training and the training materials as a service to our clients.
